Спустя некоторое время между ними произошел конфликт на бытовой почве, в ходе которого знакомый подсудимого, схватив стеклянную бутылку, нанес ей множественные удары по голове и телу одного потерпевшего. Хаяров присоединился к нему и нанес не менее трех ударов руками по голове второму потерпевшему.
